GENERAL INFORMATION OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The Department of Business Administration; encourages graduates to create their own business areas in order to increase the entrepreneurial performance of our country. In addition, the Department of Business Administration aims to make graduate students among the managers of the future as preferred employees of national and international businesses. In this framework, it aims to teach the basic management concepts in both theory and practice by having intensive applications. Also, it develops national and international scientific publication performance and cooperation between enterprises and universities by producing national and international projects.
Students of the department can take part in all kinds of social, cultural and sport activities and club activities offered by the Rectorship of Izmir Bakırçay University. Besides, there are various clubs established in our department for the sub-branches of business administration. Students can turn to these in line with their interests. Through the symposiums, congresses, panels, speakers invited to our faculty and work place internships, our students are able to closely follow the theoretical knowledge they received. Moreover, they have the chance to play in football, basketball, volleyball and tennis etc. sports. They can also benefit from music and dance courses as well as cinema with a capacity of 200 people.
